Geoffrey Vos QC

Geoffrey is 51 and was called to the Bar in 1977. He took Silk in 1993. He undertakes Chancery and Commercial litigation. Recent disputes include Wang v. Wang, MAN v. Freightliner, Cambridge Antibody Technologies v. Abbott and T&N v. Munich Re. Geoffrey is Head of Chambers at 3 Stone Buildings; a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn; a Judge of the Courts of Appeal of Jersey and Guernsey; and sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Chancery Division, and as an arbitrator mainly in insurance and reinsurance matters. Geoffrey was Chairman of the Chancery Bar Association from 1999 to 2001.

Geoffrey Vos QC was Vice Chairman of the Bar in 2006. He was Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of the Bar Council from 2004 to 2005 and was Chairman of the Fees Collection Committee of the Bar Council from 1995 to 2004.
