FDA
The FDA is the trade union that looks after the interests of senior public servants and has a significant membership of lawyers within the CPS. The FDA is recognised by the CPS for negotiating terms and conditions and provides representations in industrial relations problems. It has an active CPS section committee which offers a collective view of professional issues which affect the service.
