Planning and Environmental Bar Association

The objects of the Association are to provide a professional organisation for barristers in independant practice in the field of local government, Planning and Environmental law; to represent their views as and when appropiate within the framework for the government of the Bar of England and Wales; to provide opportunities to meet and discuss matters of interest to those barristers; and to do anything which may be conductive to or to facilitate such objectives. Membership is open, on subscription, to any barrister in independant practice if a significant part of his practice lies in the field of local government, planning or Environmental law.
