Barristers Complaints Advisory Service (BCAS)

The Barristers' Complaints Advisory Service (BCAS) comprises members of the Bar who have indicated their willingness to assist barristers against whom complaint has been made to the Complaints Commissioner.

BCAS members offer impartial, confidential advice on the substantive issues which should be addressed when dealing with a complaint.

The following is a list of BCAS Panel Members, giving their name, year of Call (in brackets), their address and their telephone number (in brackets). Their specialisation and/or nominating organisation is given where appropriate. Abbreviations of nominating organisations are given at the end of the list of Panel Members.

This is a voluntary scheme. The members of the Bar on the list have all volunteered to advise and assist if asked. The fact that they are included on the list is not a specific endorsement of their ability or experience.
