Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and
Wales can be found on the Bar Standards Board website.
All members of the Bar are subject to professional rules
contained in the Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to the
provisions of the Code of Conduct can result in a finding of
professional misconduct against the barrister concerned.
It is the responsibility of reach member of the Bar to ensure
that they meet the requirements of the Code of Conduct and do not
breach any provisions.
