Civil Fees: Guide to the Summary Assessment of Costs

The Supreme Court Costs Office has published guideline figures for the Court to use to assess counsels fees in summary assessments in the county courts and the High Court. These figures accompany the guideline hourly rates for solicitors published previously. The Guide can be found on the Court Service website at: www.courtservice.gov.uk.
