The Young Bar Magazine is an annual publication compiled by the Young Barristers' Committee (YBC). The theme for this year's magazine is 'Justice in Jeopardy', and includes interviews with Janis Sharp and Chris Jefferies, two individuals caught up in the justice system and their personal views about the importance of access to proper legal advice and representation. The issue also includes topics of great interest to barristers such as legal aid, FGM, litigants-in-person, The Advocacy Training Council, and the Bar Representation Fee. It also reports on the work of the YBC over the course of last year, and features interviews with the Chairman-elect of the Bar Council, Alistair MacDonald QC, and the Treasury Solicitor, Jonathan Jones.
