How do I purchase a car using Ford Affinity?
Just take your Bar Membership card and your driving licence to the Dealership, and tell them that you are entitled to the Affinity scheme.
The Dealer will confirm the vehicle price including any other marketing incentives that may be available at the time of purchase. They will need to keep a copy of your documents securely on file for 12 months after registration for Ford audit purposes, and after this time the copies will be disposed of safely.
Can all Ford Dealers handle Affinity Scheme sales?
The majority of the Ford Network are Affinity Dealers, but to check where your local Affinity Dealer is, please call the Ford Information Service on 08457 111 888.
Who’s eligible for the Affinity Scheme?
If you are currently employed by a Ford partner company, you are eligible to a discount under the Ford Affinity Scheme. When you place your order with your Ford Dealer, you will be asked for a copy of a recent payslip or your company ID along with your driving licence to prove your employment.
Purchases can only be made in the name of the employee, and the vehicle must be registered in that name to the home address as proven by the driving licence. Any finance and insurance taken must be in the name of the employee and at the home address.
