Neuberger Monitoring and Implementation Group

Following publication of the Entry to the Bar Report, chaired by Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury, in November 2007, the Bar Council accepted its recommendation that a group be established to monitor the implementation of its recommendations. The Neuberger Monitoring and Implementation Group was therefore established and Duncan Matthews QC has been appointed as its Chairman. A list of the members of this group appears below together with the Entry to the Bar Report and a Progress Table setting out the progress made to date in implementing the recommendations.

Please write to Bhavna Patel, Executive Secretary to the NMIG, if you or your organisation are responsible for an activity which is in keeping with the Neuberger Recommendations but which does not appear in the Progress Table below.
