Anglo-Dutch Young Lawyers Exchange
20 May 2008
The Netherlands
The Anglo-Dutch Exchange is a biennial exchange programme through which young lawyers from The Netherlands and England & Wales visit their counterparts to learn about their respective legal systems, business environments and national cultures.
The next Exchange will take place from 20th – 23rd May 2008. It offers a unique opportunity for members of the young Bar to learn about another country’s legal and cultural systems as well as being a very enjoyable event. Further details of this year’s Exchange are provided in the letter and draft programme available below. CPD accreditation is being sought for some elements of the programme.
All barristers under 10 years’ Call are eligible to attend. Your accommodation will be provided by a young Dutch lawyer at no charge to yourself. Participants will only have to pay for their travel costs to and from The Netherlands and a delegate registration fee of €160 (£128).
