Important VHCC Letters from the LSC

Please see the attached letters from the Legal Services Commission. The first letter provides the LSC's clarification on issues that practitioners have raised in recent days. The second letter emphasises the importance of all practitioners ensuring that they comply with competition law.
We reiterate, as the Bar Council has emphasised throughout, that the decision whether to sign VHCC contracts is a matter exclusively for each individual practitioner.
