Revised Protocol for Payment of Fees in the Magistrates' Courts

The Bar Council, in consultation with the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association, has updated the protocol setting out appropriate levels of remuneration for junior barristers acting as unassigned counsel in the Magistrates' Courts.
