Information for Users of the CPR

The next update of the CPR will commence in October 2008.  However, form N244 General form of application has been updated and courts (with the exception of the Administrative Court and the Commercial Court) will be using the updated form from the beginning of June.  The Form and Notes for Guidance are available here.
