Criminal VHCC Developments

The Chairman's letter of 2 May informed barristers that a VHCC Steering Group had been established with representatives of the Law Society, the MoJ, the LSC and the Bar. The Terms of Reference of the group together with the minutes of the meeting of 13 May are now available on the Bar Council website.
