Court Dress: Guidance from Chairman of the Bar Council

The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, today welcomed and endorsed guidance issued by the Bar Council concerning court dress for barristers and has issued a Practice Direction concerning court dress for judges in civil cases.
