Bar Council Welcomes Publication of Legal Services Board's Business Plan

The Bar Council has today welcomed the early publication of the Legal Services Board’s (LSB) business plan and the opportunity to comment on the proposals and plans which it proposes.
Commenting on the publication of the Business Plan, the Chairman of the Bar, Desmond Browne QC, said:
“We shall study the Business Plan with interest; we look forward to continuing to build a constructive and purposeful relationship with the Legal Services Board.
He continued:
“The publication of the plan will help us to focus our interactions with the Board in the interests of consumers, the profession and the public”.
