FLBA expresses Concern over futher Cuts

The Family Law Bar Association has expressed concern over Government plans to make further cuts to legal aid provision for vulnerable families and children. The proposed cuts would affect the ability of such clients to instruct specialist advisers on their cases. The Bar Council press release is available on this site.
