Bar Council Responds to the LSB Consultation – “Regulatory Independence”

The Bar Council has responded to the LSB Consultation Paper on Regulatory Independence. There is a great deal in the Paper which the Bar Council agrees with, and in general terms the Bar finds the LSB position encouraging. The full response is available on this website.
