Careers

The Careers section deals with stages of training, information on funding, timetable planning, and also contains an online database of careers and legal events listings. The information in this section should help you in deciding whether to train as a barrister, taking into account personal qualities needed, financial considerations, the nature of the job, and academic requirements. The online database should also direct you to events which can help you to find out more about the legal profession and training as a barrister.

To use the online careers/events listings, as either a student or as an organisation providing a careers fair, lecture or other event, please follow the instructions which can be found on the careers/events page. It is free for all to use and a useful and quick way to let a large audience know of a forthcoming event, or to find out about events in your area.
