About the workshop

Aimed at accredited Public Access practitioners looking to further develop the skills required to effectively and efficiently deliver services to their PA clients, this workshop session gives you the chance to discuss shared experiences with fellow practitioners (led by an experienced facilitator) and take part in an interactive and in-depth consideration of the key aspects of Public Access work.

  • Current BSB regulatory requirements including transparency on fees, handling client money, AML processes and procedures and the robustness of your client care letter and its fitness for purpose
  • Increasing profitability through more accurate scoping and fee quoting
  • Effectively managing all your Public Access risks
  • Maximising business development opportunities
  • Ensuring client care skills are of the highest standards
  • Identifying hidden vulnerabilities in clients
  • A critical analysis of your Public Access business model.
