About the candidate:
We are looking for hard working probationary tenants who are committed to a career at the Criminal Bar. Probationary tenants can expect to be dealing with multiple hearings every single day in both the Magistrates and Crown Court. There is undoubtedly opportunity for significant earning potential at 3TG as a probationary tenant and thereafter as a junior tenant. At the conclusion of the 6 months of probationary tenancy all will be invited to apply for full tenancy following the same process as used for 2nd six pupils (as set out in our pupillage policy). Pupils and probationary tenants are never in competition with each other at 3TG; if someone is considered good enough for tenancy they will be offered tenancy.
