Have your say: CPS fees reference groups

As work progresses on the review of Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) fees, it is important that all members of the criminal Bar who undertake prosecution work are given the opportunity to engage and contribute to this work.    

To enable this, a number of reference groups will be established that will meet to discuss the key outputs of the review and gain feedback. There will be two rounds of events; the first having already taken place at the end of July with the second round due to begin at the start of September. To allow the fees review team to reach as wide an audience as possible, events will be held in each circuit for all levels of prosecution advocate.

These are meetings jointly arranged by the Bar Council, Criminal Bar Association, Circuit Leaders and Young Bar together with the CPS.
