India and the UK – courts, commerce and culture

Our event takes place alongside London International Disputes Week and is designed to build business ties between practitioners.

Historian William Dalrymple will open the event, followed by a speech from Chair of the Bar, Kirsty Brimelow KC and President of Arbitration Bar of India, Gourab Banerji. They’ll continue discussions held during our visit to India earlier in the year, how we can strengthen ties and relationship between jurisdictions.
