For our first panel event, we’ve teamed up with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to explore different ADR methods. Our ADR Panel members John Pugh-Smith and Andrew Parsons will be taking part in ‘Tipping point: Balancing tradition and professionalism alongside transformation and progress’ at 2pm on Wednesday 3 June.

For our second panel event 'AI in ADR: bridging ethics and pracitce', our ADR Panel members will explore professional ethics within the context of ADR work arising from the use and misuse of artificial intelligence (AI). Including the risks in the use of generative large language models (LLMs) and problems caused by AI-generated fabricated citations. This session will take place at 2pm on Thursday 4 June.

We’re also delighted to be hosting delegates from the Arbitration Bar of India for a networking event to build business ties between practitioners from both jurisdictions.

All the events are free to attend. Book your place via the LIDW website
