LDN Finance is an independent, whole-of-market adviser providing bespoke property finance and protection advice. With extensive experience advising barristers and chambers professionals, we understand the professional and financial structures associated with practice at the Bar, including self-employment and evolving career stages. Our advisers are highly experienced in navigating complex lending requirements across a wide range of lenders, including specialist lenders and private banks.
What do we offer the Bar?
We advise across residential mortgages, specialist and private bank lending, bridging finance and later life lending, alongside life insurance and income protection. Our advisers understand the complex and variable income structures common within the Bar and ensure members’ professional and financial circumstances are presented correctly when engaging with lenders and insurers. Under this arrangement, our standard administration fee is waived for Bar Council members and their families.
