University law fairs

Throughout Autumn, we attend law fairs across England and Wales alongside other industry leaders, such as the Inns of court, to give guidance and advice about a career as a barrister. Whether you're a student hoping to find out more or a university planning your next fair, we’re here to help.

For students:

• We encourage undergraduates with an interest in a career at the Bar to speak to chambers, employers and the Inns of Court and/or come along to our Pupillage Fair

• We also recommend exploring the following resources:

  • Becoming a barrister: understand the route to qualification and what life at the Bar is really like 
  • Funding and scholarships: learn about financial support available for aspiring barristers 
  • Events and programmes: discover upcoming events, including our outreach and mentoring schemes
