Once you've completed this course, you'll:

Understand harassment, bullying and inappropriate behaviours and how these behaviours present at the Bar
Be able to identify behaviours that may breach the law, professional standards or chambers’ expectations
Understand your reporting obligations to your regulator/others
Know what to expect of your chambers, including their duty to prevent sexual harassment, as well as good practice in handling complaints
Learn techniques for tackling harassment and bullying in the workplace, including safe bystander interventions
Know how to access confidential support and advice
