The Arbitration in Children Cases is an evening seminar organised by the Bar Council's Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel.

The seminar will provide an overview on the Family Arbitration course being rolled out nationally and its benefits. Delegates can also expect information about the training requirements necessary to practise as a family arbitrator in children cases.

The evening will commence with a short presentation about the introduction of family arbitration in children cases delivered by Sir James Munby, the President of the Family Division of the High Court of England and Wales, and will be moderated by Philip Marshall QC, the Chairman of the FLBA.
