About the course
Our on-demand course will guide you through your legal, regulatory, and policy responsibilities in relation to bullying, harassment and sexual harassment at the Bar.
You’ll come away from this course with a clearer understanding of inappropriate behaviour, the new ways to meet your duty to report, how to make a complaint and what to expect if you make a report.
The course is split into short, practical units. You’ll be able to download the resources and guidance documents at the end of the course.
